Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- eggs, beaten - 6 item
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- slices bread, cubed - 6 item
- Cheddar cheese, cubed - 1 c
- bulk sausage, browned and drained - 1 lb
How to make breakfast casserole:
Stir bread, mustard, sausage and cubed cheese into the beaten eggs. Pour into two 9 x 9-inch disposable pans. Refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 350°. Bake for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
