Breakfast casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- slices bread, cubed - 6 item
- mustard - 1 tsp
- grated cheese - 1 c
- hot sausage - 1 lb
How to make breakfast casserole:
In a skillet, crumble and brown the sausage; drain. Grease a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish and line the bottom with cubed bread. Top with sausage and cheese. In a bowl, combine eggs, milk and seasonings. Beat well and pour over layers in the dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.
