Ingredients/Components
- sausage - 1 lb
- eggs - 8 item
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1/2 lb
- milk - 2 c
- slices bread - 6 item
How to make breakfast casserole:
Lay bread in bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish. Brown sausage and drain. Combine milk, eggs and dry mustard in bowl. Layer sausage and cheese over bread. Pour on egg mixture. Let set in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
