Ingredients/Components
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 2 c
- can green chilies, diced - 1 item
- mushrooms, thinly sliced - 3/4 c
- cans mushroom soup - 2 item
- onions, grated - 1/2 c
- eggs, mixed in large bowl - 1 doz
How to make breakfast casserole:
Mix eggs, onions and mushrooms; put in an 11 x 13-inch baking dish. Heat soup and pour over top. Sprinkle grated cheese over mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 8 to 10 servings.If refrigerated before baking, bake for 1 hour, uncovered.
