Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- salsa - 1 item
- large tomato, diced - 1 item
- sausage - 1/2 lb
- flour tortillas - 4 item
- large potato, peeled and grated - 1 item
- grated cheese Mozzarella or Cheddar - 1 c
How to make breakfast burrito:
Cook ground sausage in pan. Add potatoes. Cook until brown. Drain fat. Warm tortillas according to desire. Scramble eggs. Divide ingredients evenly among the four tortillas.
