Ingredients/Components

  • salt optional - 1 item
  • olive oil - 1 item
  • egg, beaten lightly - 1 item
  • slice bacon - 1 item
  • package whole wheat tortillas - 1 item
  • 3-10 jalapeno slices

How to make breakfast burrito:

Heat frying pan and oil lightly. When oil gets hot (i.e. forms "spokes"), lay jalapenos in center. Pour on the beaten egg. Cook until firm, then turn over.

Meanwhile, wrap bacon in paper towel and nuke in microwave 45 - 60 seconds. Warm tortillas for 20 - 30 seconds in microwave. Place tortilla on plate, lay cooked egg on top, position bacon strip down the middle, then roll up, burrito style.

Enjoy immediately.
