Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- slices bread, cubed - 5 item
- bulk sausage - 1 lb
- sharp grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
How to make breakfast before:
Heat oven to 350° or 325° if using a glass baking dish. Saute sausage; drain well. Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard. Layer in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish: first cubed bread, second add sausage and third cheese. Pour egg mixture over top. Do not stir! Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Remove dish from refrigerator for 30 minutes before baking. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Pork, Pork sausage.
