Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 5 item
- milk
- dash of salt - 1 item
- mustard - 1 tsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
- slices French bread - 6 item
How to make breakfast bake:
Grease 8-inch square pan. Layer bread, cheese, bread and cheese. Beat eggs slightly; add milk, mustard and salt. Pour over bread and cheese. Allow to refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour at 350°, placing pan in larger pan with 1-inch of water in it. Bake until puffed and dry on top.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Breakfast, Brunch.
