Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 1 doz
- grated cheese - 2 c
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- baked potatoes - 6 item
- ham cubes - 2 c
How to make breakfast:
Cut up the potatoes and brown in a little oil. Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Saute the onion and green pepper. Place on top of the potatoes. Cut up the ham. Place on top of previous layers.
