Bread stuffing
Ingredients/Components
- margarine or butter - 1/3 C
- egg - 1 item
- sage - 2 tsp
- large onion, diced - 1 item
- poultry seasoning - 2 tsp
- loaf bread cubed - 1 item
- medium bunch of celery, diced - 1 item
- Sweet Sue chicken broth - 1 C
How to make bread stuffing:
Melt butter, add celery, onion, 1 can broth and spices. Cook until celery and onions are tender.In a large bowl pour vegetable mixture over the bread cubes. Stir well adding more broth until you get a mixture that is sticky. Add salt and pepper.
Mix in raw egg.
Put in oven baking dish and bake 350 degrees until done, about 30 to 45 minutes.
You can also use to stuff a turkey or chicken.
