Ingredients/Components
- slices bread - 12 item
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- sugar - 1 c
- can peaches or any fruit - 1 item
- cinnamon to taste - 1 item
- milk to cover - 1 item
How to make bread pudding:
Tear up the bread in a bowl. Pour enough cold milk over this to cover. Let it get soggy for a few minutes. Beat the eggs and sugar. Add to the bread. Add the cut up peaches or any other fruit. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Stir all this together and pour in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Bake 45 minutes at 300°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, American.
