Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- raisins - 1/2 c
- light brown sugar - 1/2 c
- bread crumbs - 4 c
How to make bread pudding:
Combine bread and milk in a large bowl. Stir in eggs, salt, sugar, vanilla and nutmeg. Mix well. Add raisins. Pour into buttered baking dish. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, American.
