Ingredients/Components
- melted margarine - 2 Tbsp
- egg whites - 6 item
- raisins - 1/2 c
- skim milk - 2 c
- fructose - 1/3 c
- slices diet bread, cubed - 6 item
- cinnamon and vanilla to taste - 1 item
How to make bread pudding:
Mix together skim milk, melted margarine, egg whites and fructose and pour over bread. Add cinnamon and vanilla to taste. Add raisins. Bake in muffin pan at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, American.
