Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 1 qt
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- raisins or dates optional - 1/2 c
- bread cubes to cover 9 x 12-inch pan 1 1/2 inches thick
- Pour over this the remaining ingredients; sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top
How to make bread pudding:
Cover the bottom of a 9 x 12-inch pan with bread cubes, possibly two layers. Pour over this the remaining ingredients; sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top.
