Bread pudding



  • sugar - 1/4 1/3
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • loaf bread - 1/2 c
  • or 5 eggs - 4 item

How to make bread pudding:

Beat eggs in a casserole dish. Add cinnamon, sugar and milk. Mix well. Tear bread slices into small pieces and mix into egg mixture. Use enough bread so that egg mixture is not runny. Dot with butter and bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. Do not use salt or pepper.
