- salt - 1 c
- celery seed
- white vinegar - 3 c
- mustard seed
- turmeric
- pickles - 1 item
How to make bread and butter pickles:
Cut pickles in slices in large canning can. Pour in salt, cover with ice and let stand 3 hours. Drain off water and add remaining ingredients. Heat until pickles are good and hot. Put into ready jars.Recipe categories: American, Condiments, etc., Vegetables.
