Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • beaten eggs - 4 item
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
  • grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 3/4 lb
  • boiled rice - 3 c
  • frozen chopped spinach, cooked and very well drained - 1 pkg
  • each: marjoram, thyme and rosemary - 1/2 tsp

How to make brazilian rice:

Mix sauce; stir in rice. Pour into 2-quart baking dish. Bake in a pan of water in a 350° oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 8.
