  • sour cream - 1 c
  • steak sauce - 1 tsp
  • braunschweiger - 1/2 lb
  • minced bread and butter pickles - 1/2 c

How to make braunschweiger dip:

Mash meat and sour cream together. Stir in steak sauce and pickles. Beat until smooth and light. Chill. Serve with assorted crackers. Makes 2 cups.
