Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 5 c
- oil - 1 c
- soda - 5 Tbsp
- buttermilk - 1 qt
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- box Raisin Bran - 1 oz
How to make bran muffins:
Combine the first 5 ingredients; mix. Add the remaining ingredients. Store in covered container in refrigerator. Will keep for about 6 weeks. To use, do not mix, just fill greased muffin pans about 2/3 full. Bake for about 20 minutes at 400°.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
