  • eggs - 4 item
  • flour - 5 c
  • boiling water - 2 c
  • shortening - 1 c
  • All-Bran - 2 c
  • 100% Bran Buds - 4 c
  • soda, mixed with 1 qt - 5 tsp

How to make bran muffins:

Mix and refrigerate overnight. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes. Keeps 1 month in refrigerator. Yields about 8 dozen.
