Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 4 item
- flour - 5 c
- boiling water - 2 c
- shortening - 1 c
- All-Bran - 2 c
- 100% Bran Buds - 4 c
- soda, mixed with 1 qt - 5 tsp
How to make bran muffins:
Mix and refrigerate overnight. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes. Keeps 1 month in refrigerator. Yields about 8 dozen.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
