Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- milk - 2/3 c
- flour - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- shortening - 1/4 c
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- bran cereal - 1 c
How to make bran muffins:
Combine cereal and milk; set aside. Grease muffin pan. Mix together dry ingredients. Cut in shortening until coarse crumbs form. Stir eggs into cereal mixture and add to dry ingredients until moistened. Pour into muffin cups. Bake at 425° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
