Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 5 c
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 qt
- baking soda - 5 tsp
- beaten eggs - 4 item
- corn oil - 1 c
- Raisin Bran cereal - 15 oz
How to make bran muffins:
Combine cereal, flour, sugar, soda and salt. Make a well in the dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk, oil and spices. Stir just to mix. Cover and store. Will keep as long as 6 weeks in refrigerator. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full and bake at 400° for 12 tRecipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
