Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- oil - 1/4 c
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- bran flakes
How to make bran muffins:
In a large bowl, combine bran flakes and milk. Let stand 2 minutes. Add eggs and oil; beat well. Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar, stirring only until combined. Portion batter evenly into greased 12 cup muffin pan. Bake at 400° for 18 to 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
