Ingredients/Components
- curry powder - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- sherry wine - 1 item
- celery salt - 1 item
- celery stalk, chopped - 1 item
- wild ducks, dressed - 1 item
How to make braised duck:
Place ducks in baking pan, breasts up. Season each duck with 1/2 teaspoon each: celery salt, curry powder, pepper and salt. Let stand for about 1 hour. Add onion and celery to the pan along with 1/2-inch of water. Bake at 500° for about 20 minutes. Turn the ducks and bake until backs are brown.
