  • cream cheese - 16 oz
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • basil - 1 tsp
  • dill - 1 tsp
  • marjoram - 1/2 tsp
  • thyme - 1 tsp
  • sticks unsalted butter - 2 item

How to make boursin:

Soften butter and cream cheese. Mix together with garlic. Add all other spices and mix well. Serve with crackers. Freezes well.
