Ingredients/Components
- chopped nuts - 2 c
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- confectioners sugar - 2 c
- light corn syrup - 4 Tbsp
- crushed vanilla wafers - 4 c
- bourbon - 1/2 c
- additional sugar to roll them in - 1 item
How to make bourbon balls:
Mix crushed wafers, sugar, nuts and cocoa. Add syrup and bourbon. Mix real well. The mixture should be moist but not soggy. Roll mixture into small balls. Roll in powdered sugar or granulated sugar.
