Ingredients/Components
- water - 4 c
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- onion, finely chopped - 1/2 c
- clove garlic, finely chopped - 1 item
- parsley, finely chopped - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- curry powder - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- whitefish fillet, cut in 2-inch pieces - 1 lb
- frozen shrimp, shelled and cleaned - 12 oz
- oysters - 1 pt
How to make bouillabaisse:
Place first nine ingredients in large pot; bring to boil and add remaining ingredients. Cook about 5 minutes. Do not overcook. Other shellfish like crab and clams may be added, if desired.Recipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Stew.
