  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • flour - 1 c
  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • hot milk - 1/3 c
  • whipped topping
  • vanilla instant pudding mix

How to make boston cream pie:

Filling:1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix1 c. milk1 1/2 c. whipped topping Beat egg whites stiff. Fold in beaten egg yolks and beat together. Gradually beat in sugar. Mix and stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Fold into first mixture. Beat in hot milk in which butter has been melted.

Turn into greased cake pan. Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes. Cool, cut in half crosswise and fill with cream filling. Frost top with chocolate icing.

Filling: Make pudding with milk, then fold in the whipped topping.
