Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- half and half - 3/4 c
- white Karo - 1/2 c
- nuts if desired - 1 item
How to make boston cream:
Cook the first 3 ingredients until soft ball (234° to 240°). Beat until creamy and thick. Add nuts, if desired. Pour out into buttered pan. Stir until sugar dissolves, then no more. Cool; cut into squares.Recipe categories: Drinks, South west pacific, New zealand.
