Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- butter - 1/4 lb
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- slivered almonds
- sesame or sunflower seeds - 1/2 c
- red onion, cut in rings - 1/2 item
- Drain and set aside
- Chinese cabbage/bok choy - 1 item
- Ramen noodles, finely broken uncooked - 2 pkg
How to make bok choy salad:
Toast noodles, seeds and nuts in butter. Drain and set aside. Prepare bok choy. Cut into bite size pieces.Dressing:1 c. salad oil3/4 c. sugar2 Tbsp. soy sauce1/2 c. vinegar Combine dressing ingredients. Toss all just before serving.Recipe categories: Salads, Bok choys, Greens.
