Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- vegetable oil
- butter or oleo - 1/2 c
- red wine vinegar - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- sesame seed - 1/2 c
- or 1 1/2 stalks bok choy - 1 item
- sliced onions red rings - 4 item
How to make bok choy salad:
Dressing:3/4 c. vegetable oil1/4 c. red wine vinegar1/2 c. sugar2 Tbsp. soy sauce Melt oleo; add sugar, sesame seed, almonds and noodles. Brown and cool. Make dressing ahead of time.
