Boiled chocolate icing
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- milk - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
How to make boiled chocolate icing:
Put sugar, milk and cocoa in a heavy saucepan. Cook and stir until mixture cannot be stirred down. Put lid on; cook 1 minute over medium heat. Remove and add 1 stick butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Stir. Frost cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cake fillings and frostings.
