- sugar - 2/3 c
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/3 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- flour
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- butter, melted - 3 Tbsp
- blueberries - 1 c
How to make blueberry tea cake:
Grease 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish. Beat with wooden spoon. Beat egg. Beat in 2/3 cup sugar. Add dry ingredients to sugar mixture alternately with milk. Beat well. Add butter and vanilla; beat. Fold in blueberries. Pour batter in pan and sprinkle with sugar. Bake 25 minutes at 400°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
