- 1 stick butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- 1/2 pt - 1 c
- sifted all-purpose flour - 2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- fresh or dry pack frozen blueberries, rinsed, drained and floured - 2 c
- firmly packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
How to make blueberry sour cream cake:
In a bowl, cream the butter until light and fluffy. Beat in sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating until smooth after each addition. Stir in sour cream.
