Blueberry salad



  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • boiling water - 2 c
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 1/4
  • can blueberries - 1 oz

How to make blueberry salad:

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Drain blueberries and pineapple; measure the liquid. Add enough water to make 1 cup and add liquid to gelatin mixture. Stir in blueberries and pineapple. Pour into a flat pan until congealed. Blend softened cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla; spread over congealed salad. Sprinkle with pecans.
