Blueberry salad



  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • can blueberries - 1 oz

How to make blueberry salad:

Drain blueberries and pineapple. Reserve liquid. Mix juices to make 1 cup. Add water if needed. Put 1 cup of juice and 1 cup of water in saucepan and bring to a boil. Dissolve jello in this and add 1 3/4 cup of cold water. Pour into flat pan. Add berries and pineapple. Stir. Place in refrigerator to gel.

Topping: Have cream cheese at room temperature. Cream well. Add sour cream. Gradually add 1/2 cup sugar and cream well. Spread over jello and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
