  • Crisco - 1/2 c
  • lemon juice
  • ice water - 4 5
  • fresh or frozen berries - 2 c
  • Pastry:1 1/2 c

How to make blueberry pie:

Filling: Stir together and set aside.Pastry:1 1/2 c. flour1/2 c. Crisco3/4 tsp. salt4 or 5 tsp. ice water Pastry: Mix all ingredients with a fork. Line pie bottom with pie crust. Pour in filling mixture. Put crust on top that has been vented
