- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- baked 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
- fresh blueberries, divided
How to make blueberry pie:
Pour 1 1/4 cups blueberries into prepared pie shell; spread evenly and set aside. Combine 1 cup blueberries, sugar, cornstarch and water in medium saucepan; cook and stir over low heat until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in margarine and vanilla. Cool. Pour over blueberries in pie shell. Chill. Spoon whipped topping around edge. Garnish with 1/4 cup blueberries.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
