Blueberry pancakes
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- all-purpose flour - 1 c
- salad oil - 2 Tbsp
- fresh blueberries - 1/2 c
How to make blueberry pancakes:
Beat egg; add remaining ingredients (except blueberries), in order listed, and beat with a fork until smooth. Fold blueberries into batter.Grease heated griddle; sprinkle with a few drops of water. If bubbles skitter around, heat is just right.
Pour batter onto hot griddle. Turn pancakes as soon as they are puffed and full of bubbles, but before bubbles break. Bake other side until golden brown.
