Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- nuts, chopped - 1/2 c
- small carton sour cream - 1 item
- small can crushed pineapple with juice - 1 item
- 2 can blueberry pie filling
- large box black raspberry jello - 1 item
How to make blueberry jello salad:
Use a variety of fruit such as crisp pears and apples. Peel and cut into bite-size pieces. Add 1 can of drained pineapple chunks. Add 1 to 2 small oranges, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces. If in season, add green grapes or peaches or nectarines (peeled and cut into bite-size pieces). Use your imagination! After mixing together, add low-fat lemon yogurt to act as dressing.
