Blueberry jello salad



  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • nuts, chopped - 1/2 c
  • small carton sour cream - 1 item
  • small can crushed pineapple with juice - 1 item
  • 2 can blueberry pie filling
  • large box black raspberry jello - 1 item

How to make blueberry jello salad:

Use a variety of fruit such as crisp pears and apples. Peel and cut into bite-size pieces. Add 1 can of drained pineapple chunks. Add 1 to 2 small oranges, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces. If in season, add green grapes or peaches or nectarines (peeled and cut into bite-size pieces). Use your imagination! After mixing together, add low-fat lemon yogurt to act as dressing. Top with slivered almonds if desired. Keeps for several days in Tupperware.
