  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • baking soda
  • molasses - 1/2 c
  • cooking oil - 1/2 c
  • blueberries - 1 c
  • hot tea - 1 c
  • each: cloves, cinnamon and ginger - 1/2 tsp

How to make blueberry gingerbread:

Mix all dry ingredients together and add wet ingredients. Add tea last. Fold in berries. Use greased, floured 9 x 13-inch pan or make into muffins. Bake at 350° until done, (about 20 to 25 minutes, less if muffins are made). Use cake tester.
