Blueberry gingerbread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- baking soda
- molasses - 1/2 c
- cooking oil - 1/2 c
- blueberries - 1 c
- hot tea - 1 c
- each: cloves, cinnamon and ginger - 1/2 tsp
How to make blueberry gingerbread:
Mix all dry ingredients together and add wet ingredients. Add tea last. Fold in berries. Use greased, floured 9 x 13-inch pan or make into muffins. Bake at 350° until done, (about 20 to 25 minutes, less if muffins are made). Use cake tester.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
