- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- berries - 2 c
How to make blueberry cream muffins:
Beat eggs; add sugar slowly. Add oil and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients. Add alternately with sour cream. Fold in berries. Bake in muffin tin at 400° for 20 minutes. Makes about 3 1/2 dozen.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
