Blueberry cream muffins

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• sour cream - 2 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 4 c
• baking powder - 2 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• vegetable oil - 1 c
• berries - 2 c

How to make blueberry cream muffins:

Beat eggs; add sugar slowly. Add oil and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients. Add alternately with sour cream. Fold in berries. Bake in muffin tin at 400° for 20 minutes. Makes about 3 1/2 dozen.
