Blueberry coffee cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 1 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 4 c
• baking powder - 4 tsp
• margarine - 1/2 c
• blueberries - 3 c

How to make blueberry coffee cake:

Cream together 1/2 cup margarine, 1 1/2 cups sugar, eggs and vanilla. Sift together 4 cups flour, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture with milk; mix well. Gently fold in blueberries. Pour into greased angel food pan.

With pastry blender, mix 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 cup margarine and cinnamon; sprinkle on top of batter. Bake at 350° for 60 minutes.

Other Pans: Bake a 13 x 9-inch pan for 50 minutes. Bake 3 loaf pans for 55 minutes. Bake cupcake pans for 35 minutes.
