Blueberry coffee cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• milk - 1/2 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• baking powder - 2 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• stick butter - 1/2 item
• blueberries - 2 c
• Crumb Topping:1/2 stick butter

How to make blueberry coffee cake:

Crumb Topping:1/2 stick butter1/2 c. sugar1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/4 c. flour Crumb Topping: Mix ingredients until crumbly; set aside.

Mix cake ingredients together, except blueberries. Fold in blueberries. Pour into an 8-inch square pan or, better yet, a 9-inch pie plate. Top with Crumb Topping; bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
