- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- shortening - 1/4 c
How to make blueberry coffee cake:
"Crumbs":1/2 c. sugar1/3 c. flour1/2 tsp. cinnamon4 Tbsp. butter Crumbs: Mix together in small bowl with a fork.Mix cake ingredients with mixer on medium speed. Stir in 2 cups of blueberries. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake in square greased and floured pan for 45 minutes at 375°.
