- fresh blueberries - 1 qt
- pecans, crushed - 1 c
How to make blueberry cheesecake:
Topping: Cook blueberries and water a little, then add flour and sugar. Cook until thick; cool.Filling: Mix cream cheese and Cool Whip well. Spread over crust. Top with blueberry mixture. Set overnight in refrigerator.
Crust: Mix 2 cups flour, pecans and butter; mash into pan. Bake until brown at 375°. Crumble in pan with fork.
