- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour
- butter - 1/2 c
- eggs, separated - 2 item
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- powdered sugar - 1 item
- blueberries
How to make blueberry cake:
Beat egg whites with 1/4 cup sugar until stiff. Set aside. Cream butter; add salt, vanilla and remaining sugar. Add flour, baking soda and milk; mix until light and creamy. Fold in egg whites. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon flour over blueberries and add to mixture. Pour into an 8 x 8-inch pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
