Blueberry cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- skim milk - 1 c
- frozen or fresh blueberries - 2 c
- Egg Beaters equivalent to 3 eggs
- margarine Promise or light margarine - 1/2 c
How to make blueberry cake:
Combine margarine and sugars together. Add Egg Beaters and vanilla. Mix well.Mix dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture alternately with milk. Fold in blueberries. Pour into a 10-inch tube pan sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle with sugar before baking. Bake at 350° for 60 minutes or until golden brown.
One slice equals 90 calories or 1/2 fat gram.
