Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- blueberries - 2 c
- Set aside
How to make blueberry buckle:
Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. Cream butter with sugar until light. Add egg; beat well. Add flour mixture alternately with milk. Beat until smooth. Fold in blueberries. Spread in greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
