- pkg - 1 oz
- mayonnaise or salad dressing
- light cream 20% - 1/3 c
- garlic, crushed - 2 item
- In a small mixer bowl, blend remaining Bleu cheese and the cream cheese on low speed
How to make blue cheese dressing:
Reserve 1/3 cup of the Bleu cheese. In a small mixer bowl, blend remaining Bleu cheese and the cream cheese on low speed. Add mayonnaise and cream. Beat on medium speed until creamy.
